Before the equipment arrives: planning the space
A practical starting point for conversations about room layout, access and infrastructure.
Bring the right people into planning
Involve your facility team, qualified clinical team, equipment supplier and relevant specialist advisers early. A generic room checklist cannot replace a model-specific site survey.
Document the space
Prepare room dimensions, access routes, doors and installation location. Share drawings when available, keeping patient information out of all documents. Ask the supplier which measurements and site details they require.
Request model-specific requirements
Ask for written requirements for power, environment, structural considerations and any specialist room provisions. Your qualified advisers should determine what applies to your chosen system and location.
Agree responsibilities
Record who supplies, installs and checks each part of the project. Confirm delivery access, site readiness, acceptance steps and the documents required for handover.
Put your requirements into focus.
Build a quote list or send an enquiry with the details of your facility.
